Fitness and Dance was established in 1980 and has grown to 56 studio locations across South East Queensland offering affordable dance classes to over  6,000 members allowing everyone to "Feel the Excitement of Dance".

The FAD dance program is designed to challenge and extend the skills of our young performers. All Sunshine Coast dance students are encouraged & rewarded for their effort & individual achievement at dance class. Beginners to advanced dance classes are available from 3 years of age. With our extensive range of classes at the Sunshine Coast Dance Studios the choice is yours!
